SHIPPING INFORMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been authorized and verified. We start to prepare it. We have put a lot of focus on making sure items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your email of shipping information within 2 to 3 business days from the date of completion.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We start preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this type of time frame, it is difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

Normally, it takes us 1~3 business days to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays or weekends.

SHIPPING

After the items are processed and leave the warehouse, it usually takes 5-15 business days to reach the destination.

If the order amount is US $200 or less, we usually ship it through the USPS or 4PX logistics provider, and you will receive your products within 10-15 business days from the order date.

If the order amount is US $200 or more, we will ship it through express logistics providers such as DHL and UPS, and you will receive your products within 5-7 business days from the order date.

All the taxes and fees shall be borne by us.

Delivery service across the UK border (for the British Ocean Territory in the UK, the British Virgin Islands do not provide courier services).

Delivery in the United States, but does not include remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other overseas addresses, APO / FPO military address.
